Phase One | Getting to Know You.

We start with a conversation about your brand, your vision, and the style you’re drawn to. You can share references, Pinterest boards, or inspiration to help set the tone.

Phase Two | Securing your Spot.

Once we’ve defined your needs, I’ll prepare a design agreement that includes scope, usage rights, and investment. A 50% deposit and signed contract confirm your booking and lock in your place in my design calendar.

Phase Three | Setting the Direction.

I’ll create a mood board to explore colour palettes, motifs, and overall vibe. This becomes our visual roadmap and ensures we’re aligned before the design work begins.

Phase Four | Bringing Ideas to Life.

Here’s where the magic happens. I’ll illustrate and develop your patterns, transforming the approved direction into unique, repeatable designs. I’ll keep you updated so your input helps shape the final outcome.

Phase Five | Refining the Details.

You’ll review the initial designs and share your thoughts. One complimentary round of revisions is included to polish the artwork and make sure it feels just right for your brand.

Phase Six | Finalising & Delivery.

When everything is approved, your final invoice is issued. Once payment is complete, I’ll deliver your finished designs via a personal Dropbox folder, ready for production.

Phase Seven | Exclusivity & Rights.

Your custom designs are made exclusively for you and your brand. Usage permissions (e.g., apparel, textiles, packaging) will be outlined in your contract, with buyout options available if you’d like expanded rights.

Pricing varies depending on the service type, level of detail, and scope of deliverables. Below is a general guide:

Illustrated Assets — from $180 – $700 AUD
Custom illustrations created for branding, packaging, and lifestyle products. Pricing reflects the complexity, number of illustrations, and style required, whether a single hero piece or a curated set of assets.

Surface Pattern Design — from $480 – $2,000 AUD
Bespoke seamless patterns designed for stationery, textiles, or product collections. Each pattern is priced according to its detail, scale, and number of coordinated designs within a collection.

A 50% deposit is required to begin the project, with the remainder due before delivery.

Final pricing is confirmed after Phase One (Onboarding & Direction), once the project scope, deliverables, and usage requirements have been clarified.
