Illustrated Assets: Bespoke illustration work for branding, marketing, or product applications.
Surface Pattern Design: Custom textile and pattern design for apparel, home, packaging, lifestyle, and related industries.
All services and products remain subject to copyright ownership by us, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
All intellectual property rights in our artwork, designs and digital files remain our property at all times.
Purchasing a print licence or commissioning illustrated assets grants you a licence to use the work as described in your agreement — it does not transfer ownership.
You may not claim ownership, resell, or redistribute any of our work without prior written consent.
We may showcase completed projects, including your business name/logo, in our portfolio, social media, or marketing materials unless agreed otherwise.
Licence Conditions (for Signature Print Licensing)
Commencement: Licence begins upon delivery of final files.
Term: Perpetual.
Territory: Worldwide.
Attribution: Optional, but appreciated (e.g. “© [Your Studio Name]”).
Exclusive Licence: Licensed to you only, not licensed to others.
Non-Exclusive Licence: Licensed to you, but may also be licensed to others.
Sublicensing: Allowed only when required for production (e.g. to a manufacturer or printer).
Payments & Pricing
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of GST where applicable.
Payment is required upfront before delivery of any digital product or final design files.
We accept payment methods as listed at checkout/invoice.
Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed at the time of your order will apply.
Refunds & Returns
Digital products and services are non-refundable once delivered.
Signature print licences: a 48-hour grace period applies for change of mind, provided files are deleted and written confirmation is supplied.
Refunds or replacements may be available if there is a major fault as defined under the Australian Consumer Law.
Customer Obligations
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
Ensure your own equipment/software is suitable for using the digital files.
Use purchased designs only within the scope of your licence.
Not share, copy, or distribute our work beyond what is permitted in these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, opportunities, or reputation.
Our aggregate liability will not exceed the total fees paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
